Cool bridal separates - silk jumpsuit and lace top for a chic, laid back wedding
I met Cicely and her partner Sam at a wedding fair I took part in at the stunning Islington Town Hall – the venue they’d just booked their ceremony in. Cicely loved the look of my designs, and arranged to travel up to see me in Sheffield. We drank tea and chatted for hours like old friends, while she fell head over heels for the Forget Me Not jumpsuit and Hydrangea lace top, which were perfect for their laid back, chic London wedding.
Colourful and cool London wedding
After exchanging their vows in one of Islington Town Hall’s dreamy ceremony rooms and a few gorgeous portraits to make the most of the beautiful building, Cecily and Sam headed over to the super stylish Coin Laundry by double decker bus to celebrate with loved ones. Their day was relaxed and colourful – mismatched brights for the bridesmaids inspired by a flock of birds of paradise! The colourful tones were echoed in the pops of bright pinks and orange in their stunning florals.

“I cannot even tell you how fantastic I felt on our wedding day and the number of compliments I received. Everyone was blown away by the jumpsuit and I got serious kudos for being a sophisticated, modern bride. The other thing I loved about it was how vintage we both looked in some of the photos - the perfect blend of old and new styles!
