Corncockle dress

A romantic wedding gown with vintage charm - Corncockle is an understated bridal design crafted from the softest silk georgette and delicately detailed with English lace.

Gently inspired by the 1940s tea dress, Corncockle features a low V neckline trimmed with Nottingham lace, which continues over the shoulders and also finishes the hems of its semi-sheer half sleeves. The bodice sits softly over a fitted waistband, with gentle gathers mirrored in the flowing skirt, cut with extra fullness and pooling into a puddle train.

A row of silk-covered buttons and roleau loops runs down the front to knee height, allowing the skirt to part slightly as you walk for a flash of leg. The back is finished with a lace-trimmed cutaway in an elegant inverted V.

Montanna wears our size 16-18, where we’ve minimised the cutaway section behind the lace on the back. Kara wears our size 10-12.
