CLEMATIS dress

Ethereal and elegant, Clematis is a romantic French lace and silk-satin gown which would work for almost every style of wedding.

Details

Two delicate French laces are combined on the bodice – one appliquéd on to the other at the front neckline. Raglan sleeves finish across the shoulders with scallop edges, while the top neckline and diagonal shoulder seams are edged in silk binding, creating clean modern lines.

The bodice is part-lined with a silk underlay, cut into diagonal angles which complement the clean lines of the bound seams. The back is open, framed into a diamond shape by four angled pieces of lace scallop edging.

The full circle skirt is cut from champagne-coloured silk-satin and lined in habotai silk, which falls and moves elegantly with the wearer, with the perfect amount of swish! A pair of tiny pearl buttons close the dress at the back neck, and another pair sit at the back waist.
