Gardenia dress

Chic and elegant, Gardenia is a simple, minimal silk wedding gown. A cool, contemporary style made in sandwashed silk-satin, this dress works perfectly solo, or pairs beautifully with other pieces.

Design Details

Gardenia is a fitted column shaped dress with a nipped in waist – it’s high-necked front is balanced by a skirt split to show off some leg.

Cut with a flattering boat neck at the front, the back is exposed in a V shape that finishes just above the waist. A pair of handmade slimline silk cord straps sit side-by-side along the back shoulders, joining Gardenia front and back. The inner cord runs down the back above the V, adding delicate detail.

One side of the panelled skirt is split to the thigh, exposing the left leg when the wearer moves. The back skirt panels are cut to be gently fuller than the front’s, creating subtle volume and movement, finishing in a small puddle train. The gown closes up with a row of silk covered buttons and roleau loops.

Gardenia works wonderfully well alone, and is designed to align with many of our other bridal separate options, for brides who desire more detail or versatility.

Pictured below styled with: short georgette cape, belt on train: English lace, belt on train: tulle with lace trim, mantilla veil, Sweetpea lace top, Hydrangea lace top, silver leather belt and leather leaves on leather belt.
