Jaz found me online after searching for oyster coloured wedding dresses, fell in love with my work, and arranged to travel up from West Sussex to see the dresses for herself.

Jaz chose an oyster coloured slip dress in heavyweight crepe-backed satin, which we raised up at the back for her a little. Over the top she wore the Larkspur lace top, to which we added the lace’s scallop at the neckline instead of the original silk binding. Jaz chose a sparkly braid belt and picot edged veil to finish her look, and ordered two extra matching belts for her bridesmaids – her daughter Martha and friend Romany.

Jaz and Simon planned their wedding to be a double celebration – they’d been together ten years and booked their wedding for the day after their daughter Martha Meadow’s ninth birthday, so combined the two events and held a mad hatter’s tea party for Martha as part of their celebrations. They were married at The Italianate Loggia at Nymans – a stunning National Trust property in Sussex. As well as the two beautiful bridesmaids, Jaz had another fifteen flower girls and page boys – she’s a nanny and has a huge soft spot for children! All were dressed impeccably, and the girls’ flower crowns were divine.
