Silk slip dress and lace top – low key bridal separates for a cool beach wedding
Jenn is an exceptional hair & make-up artist, and one of the first contacts I made in the wedding industry about twelve years ago. We’ve worked together multiple times since then and become good friends. I was so delighted when she got in touch to see if I had any sample gowns that might work for her wedding day – she and Tom were planning a tiny elopement to Devon and both time and budget restraints meant a sample was the only option.
Jenn loved the Cosmos silk slip dress, and we tried it with a few different top options to give her a little more coverage – the Hyacinth lace top was her favourite, and the two pieces together worked so well on her.
Jenn’s worked on so many of my collection photoshoots with me and seen all my gowns up close for years, but it was so lovely to hear how amazing she felt wearing one of them herself – the silk really blew her away.
An intimate and romantic beach elopement
Jenn and Tom eloped to Devon and were married by the sea. After they exchanged their vows they celebrated with a champagne spray and some beach portraits. Then got thoroughly wet in the sea and on to their beachside cabin’s hot tub - clearly having the most incredible time just the two of them!
