Art Deco inspired silk wedding gown for industrial cool city wedding
Real bride Rebecca loved a few of my bias-cut silk wedding gowns when she came in to try some styles on, but it was the understated elegance of Viola that won her over. Rebecca kept all the details just as designed, loving the combination of champagne silk-satin and metallic silver lace accents on the cap sleeves and belt. She added in a lace trimmed veil which finished everything to perfection.

Rebecca and Matt had a gorgeous celebration at Victoria – the new sister venue to Sheffield’s The Mowbray and The Chimney House. They’d first visited Victoria before its renovation was complete, and fell in love with it on the spot. It’s easy to see why – the sensitive renovation of this gorgeous industrial venue fuses old and new perfectly.
Arriving in her brother-in-law’s vintage Citroen, Rebecca was the epitome of elegance. And her stunning bouquet from Bloom Sheffield in soft peach and mauve shades set the champagne tone of Viola’s silk beautifully.
