Modern, romantic lace and silk wedding gown for a last-minute wedding
Suzy got in touch in June to check if I might be able to make a shorter timeframe work, as she and partner Hamish were looking to book a wedding date in October. Happily, the answer was yes, and she travelled up from Somerset to try on lots of lovely options, before settling on her favourite from the start – our modern, romantic lace and silk gown, Love In A Mist. As they were planning an outdoor ceremony on a beach in Devon, and with British weather being somewhat unpredictable, she added in one of our cosy mohair shrugs too to keep warm in style! And a Debbie Carlisle Celine hair vine to finish everything off.
Beach side vows and a rustic barn wedding in Devon
Suzy and Hamish married at The Grain Store in Devon. Their ceremony was overlooking the sea, in front of their favourite people. Afterwards they all headed on foot down country lanes to the nearby barn, for celebratory food (served by the bride and groom!), speeches and plenty of dancing.
